As the Infrastructure Architect I have responsibility over complete KTLO Operations of Arise. This includes leading the Network, Server, Security, NOC, Incident Management and Atlassian teams for day to day operations of Arise. I work closely with the onshore team of Arise who focus primarily on new Innovations while the day to day operations are our responsibility.Key Projects Handled• Took ownership of 100% KTLO and day to day operations of client infrastructure in a Managed Services Model• Expanded Incident Management operations from 8x7 to 24x7 in 2 months• Created, hired, trained and operationalized a 24x7 NOC team handling Solarwinds, AppDynamics and Pingdom• Created and operationalized a SecOps team comprising Network and Server Engineers dedicated for PCI adherence with less than 10% backlog between outstanding vulnerabilities and remediation rate• Led a dedicated Tiger team to close a historical backlog of 7000+ vulnerabilities in 6 months• Vulnerability resolution rate decreased from 94 to 19 days over a 3 years period• Architected and implemented Atlassian suite as a replacement for ServiceNow to perform Incident, Change, Task Management, CMDB using Jira Service Management, OpsGenie, StatusPage and Insight• Oversaw migration of On Prem to AWS migration of Infrastructure and Monitoring stack (Solarwinds, AppDynamics, Pingdom to Datadog)• Created and led Tier 4 troubleshooting methodology and team
