General works :• Design, Implement & control the store management system.• Ensure all kinds of support: Fabric, accessories, Spare Parts & General Items for store (32 Lines Garments-5 Floors).• Look after Daily updates(In house, TNA, Shipment & stock)• Look after a computer & software Generated Store; where 02 Asst. Manager & 20 officers are working in my organ gram.• Corresponding to Merchandiser regarding up-coming orders & material issues.• Monitoring Stock & Inventory software.• Proper QC checking before Delivery the Fabric & Accessories & Ensure to Production team to getting quality materials.• Regarding Pending/up-coming materials communicate to Merchandiser/Procurement dept. if required supplier.• Keeping Aisles-Fire Extinguisher area open, documents standards (Ensure hanging Bin Card buyer wise) as per compliance demand.• To lead PP meeting from store side. • Monitoring & responsible for shipment from factory side.• Monthly updates to Accounts dept. • Preparing monthly budget for General & common Items.• Left over Garments & Wastage Receive, issue & Sales monitoring (also soft. generated).• Time to time updates to related concern to achieve the company goal.
