I’ve implemented a machine maintenance program based on 6σ methods to reduce machine downtimes and maintenance costs and enable production increase using existing production floor and equipment.Danor Technical Molding was a leading expert in manufacturing complex plastic products. The company operated as the manufacturing site for some top companies in the medical and hi-tech industries. Working alongside industry leaders and executives, gained experience in NPI, non-linear manufacturing, and flexible supply chain thinking. Danor technical was ISO13485, ISO9000 and ISO14400 certified.

At Motorola, a brand synonymous with excellence in lean operations management, I had the privilege of working alongside colleagues who have profoundly influenced the trajectory of my career. It was an invaluable experience that shaped my understanding of operational efficiency and excellence.During my term, I played a pivotal role in the SMT Vendor Quality Assurance and Supply Chain teams. As part of my responsibilities, I ensured the seamless functioning and maintenance of the SMT reeling supply chain. Beyond these responsibilities, I leveraged my expertise to develop innovative tools that not only slashed production costs but also significantly reduced technical working time while eliminating human errors.My role extended beyond routine tasks; I actively tackled and resolved production stoppers and reel supply issues.
