Certified Scrum Master for the last 6 years with software development experience in ecommerce, finance, and healthcare . During these years, I have coached and mentored team members, stakeholders and leadership on the benefits of Agile Scrum, led scrum ceremonies for onshore and offshore teams, and have had the opportunity to work with various tools such as SharePoint, Jira, MS project professional. As a facilitator and servant-leader, I set goals and expectations, execute and produce results regardless of any impediments or critical bugs. I have experience with other Agile Frameworks like Kanban and SAFe. I currently hold a Master’s of Science.
