During my tenure, we built the in-house software team (50+ engineers) and launched our international e-commerce and retail platform for Juul's $multi-billion business. While doing that we focused on the following challenges:- Identity and age verification (prevent youth usage), - Building scalable and reliable global E-commerce platform, and the services to support it.- Integrate online to offline (connected devices, in-store experience)

I have led the following initiatives at Gilt that have significantly increased Gilt’s revenues and activation rates:- Personalization - Built a platform that activates the most relevant sales that should present themselves to our customers instead of traditional sales available to the entire user base.- Launched Gilt’s loyalty program- Launched Gilt’s SEO efforts- Reimplemented the top of the funnel (Login/Registration/Promotions) - Backend and UX - Reimplemented the post purchase experience (My Account + Returns) - Backend and UX- Led the adaption of several team methodologies that increased Gilt’s tech productiveness (code reviews, continues integration, IM).

Podium and Wikly are both side projectsPodium is a better way to manage All-Hands in your organization. Gilt has been successfully using it internally for four years.Wikly is rethinking the creation and discovery of newsletters, it was a weekend project that I built for Charlie O'donnell

· Originated and implemented a service that easily provides students with the cheapest bundle of textbooks for their classes. · The project is coordinated based on the requirements and feedback that we received from MIT administration, faculty, library, IS&T and students. · First iteration was built in PHP, Javascript, and MYSQL, the second iteration was built in JAVA.

Designed and implemented the first prototype of Fusion Tables Project evolved in May 2009 to a full scale product.

· Designed, built, measured, and documented the first benchmark for unique hard-drive power consumption measurements, as a part of a research project designed to reduce the power consumption and costs of data centers. · I was acknowledged in the following paper: "Storage Modeling for Power Estimation"[SYSTOR 2009

· Managed the design and execution of confidential technology projects in one of the elite technological units. · Coordinated 100+ of individuals in order to achieve goals in an intensive and dynamic environment. · Prioritized tasks and used great deal of creativity in order to achieve successful completion of the mission.
