I'm owner and Managing Director at Golden Goose Fitness, a community-based exercise membership club in London, and a qualified independent Fitness Assessor and a L3 Personal Trainer.When not working in a fitness capacity, I am a marketing professional with extensive experience in devising and delivering strategic marketing programmes, as well as business development initiatives. I love creating written content and nowadays, I have a particular love of all-things social media.I hold a CIM Marketing Diploma and a BA Honours in German and Spanish in addition to my extensive fitness qualifications, and I still teach Spanish and German privately in what little spare time I have.
