Design and deploy the security incident response process for large Data Center Consolidation Services agreement, and drive development of security policy & procedures to mitigate security risks while maintaining compliance. Lead command and control for critical and major security incidents which results in the timely containment, eradication and recovery of data center inventories while maintaining chain-of-custody over various forensic artifacts. Review and measure security program effectiveness including; network monitoring, anti-virus/malware controls, and security configurations in a multi-platform environment. Provide information assurance activities to comply with State and Federal laws/regulations regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), HIPAA Security Rule and Privacy, PCI, CJIS, IRS and FERPA.

Designed and deployed a large contracted solution for Data Loss Prevention, Security Information and Event Management, and network analytics solutions across the HHS Enterprise. Developed the Security Policies and Guidelines with measures to reduce security risks. Lead security operations processes and procedures for responding to security events and incidents.
