As Project Manager, Troy Wright contributes to project scheduling, engineering development, client relations, cost/revenue forecasts, and safety protocol implementation.

BART Oakland Airport Connector:Corresponded and coordinated with the client and design team in a design-built environment. Responsible for managing all aspects of the close-out phase of the project, which includes managing staffing levels, budget and cost control, schedule, and risk mitigation. Currently, leading a team of engineers and sub-consultants to produce the final record documents and project as-builts. Coordinated all sub-consultants contract change orders, RFIs, submittals, and contract compliance. Caldecott 4th Bore Project:Managed all aspects of the design consultant and sub-consultants team’s scope of work during construction, integrating with Caltrans’ design/construction staff and the low bid contractor for the production and processing of contract change orders, specifications implementation, contract plan implementation, and conducting submittal reviews. Managed the preparation and execution of all technical designs and details for the tunnel excavation, initial and final lining, cross passages, tunnel portals, ventilation systems, SCADA systems, traffic operation systems, power supply and substations, Operations and Maintenance Center Building and development of the project’s as-builts. Managed the sub-consultant’s budgets and prepared funding requests for the client, Contra Costa Transportation Authority.

Doyle Drive:Developed and prepared the bridge construction schedule, developed contract change orders, performed constructability assessments, procured permanent bridge material and managed the project revenues and costs. Contributed to the project’s document control, construction quality assurance and multiple sub-contractor management.SFOBB Temporary Bypass Structure:Assisted in the completion of all aspects of the structure construction, communicated with Caltrans’ construction staff to resolve field issues, ensured construction quality assurance, and assisted in the construction engineering aspects of the project. Performed structure layout, developed and maintained the project schedule, temporary support design and construction, and procured permanent bridge material. Assisted in the design for the bridge demo and performed job site safety inspections.

As project manager, managed project’s revenues and costs, negotiated contract change orders with the owner, documented control and developed/maintained project schedules. Responsible for project safety and was the SWPP Manager for the project.
