As an Operations Manager for the Project Services division, I focused on maintaining, creating, and carrying out practices to help our partners service clients easily.

• Served as junior project manager on the internal audit of a publicly traded REIT where I oversee workflow, facilitate communication with client, and manage team of off-shore personnel• Facilitated the development and documentation of process control functions of a publicly traded land-asset REIT and work with management to ensure all operational risks are appropriately considered• Contributed to the development of go-to-market strategy for 5 new engagements, totaling over $3M in revenue• Furthered department client acquisition strategy by joining EY’s Innovation Ambassador program where meetings and strategy sessions are regularly held to convey messages of firm-wide technology initiatives• Worked with departmental senior management to develop service offerings surrounding Blockchain, Data Analytics, Robotic Process Automation to help real estate clients meet strategic and operational effectiveness goals
