I hold a Diploma in Acting from the Juilliard School Drama Division and the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art, and a B.A. in Art History and Psychology from Columbia University. My training in Tiny Habits further solidified my approach to creating sustainable behavior change.In addition to my work as an actor, writer, and teacher, I’m involved in health research and community development. I'm a member of the NCCIH External Working Group for Whole Person Health Research, part of the inaugural Columbia Venture Community Impact Program, and Chair of the Board of the Columbia Founders Community. I also grew the Get Motivated Buddies subreddit from 5k to 186K+ subscribers.Additionally, I assist companies in uniquely positioning and branding themselves for their target audience.
