My role in the organization is to keep the books, maintain the budget, and analyze the fiscal state of the Church.

Basic responsibilities: Entry and management of AR/AP. Prepare monthly financials statements, month end close entries, prepare and book accruals, book allocations, account reconciliations, research issues and propose corrections, and account analysis. Creating good accounting and reporting process.

Basic Responsibilities: Research, gather, and document requirement specification for new features, and enhancements. Work with development staff and support teams during development process and issue resolution. Analyze customer data (SQL) and business process (customer and user interviews) to provide solutions and process improvements. Create clear and effective documentation to present: needs, goals, context, activities, and processes. Conduct user testing on product to deliver the best user experience for customers. Create prototypes to provide a proof of concept and help development. Promote best practices for User Experience.

Basic responsibilities: Manage accounting clerks, review bookkeeping, develop new process and procedures, complete month end close, book accruals, record allocations, reconcile balance sheet, prepare financials statements, run revenue and expense analysis, file appropriate State and Federal paperwork, process payroll, create budget and forecasts, present financial information to the board of directors, and other accounting functions.
