My responsibilities grew from systems development up to account management completely responsible for all customer account activity, sales and marketing. In Large Financial Industries, Telecommunication, Oil and Gas, Retail, Investment banking and International Operations, I was known as a Go-To guy to bring in to straighten out a situation or bring one to a proper conclusion. In International I started the SED training program a well recognized program to take university graduates and develop them into systems engineers. With this we set up an international training center, brought experience high quality engineers into to teach significant skills, hired international students from all over Western Europe and enjoyed an 85% success rate bettering the corporate rates in Dallas. In Australia I lead a team to install Cellular Management Information Systems that provided cellular phone service to Australia. This effort for the Opts Communications firm, now run by Vodaphone, brought 7 day 24 hour Customer Service to Australia, not available before that in any industry segment.
