• Created first reporting application within the first two months after implementing a new BI environment with 1200 users on a daily basis.• Created multiple dashboard applications which are now accessed by over 1200 bank managers system-wide on a daily basis for Customer Relationship Management activities.• Created dashboard for Executive Management team that is distributed via corporate iPads that contains information from multiple sources and multiple subject areas. Subjects included are Financial Income Statement and Balance Sheet data, Production and Productivity data, pipeline data, Human Resource, Peer information and Customer data. This application was completed in five months on time and under budget.• Developed and currently leads the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence that establishes and directs Standards and Best Practices for the Business Intelligence team. This team also works to provide collaboration with other teams, directs training for both developers and team customers, and provides and environment for testing of new ideas and techniques.• Assisted in standing up a complete MicroStrategy BI infrastructure which consists of clustered Production and Test environments based on the AIX platform using WebSphere as the web application portal.

• Creation of several report grids, documents and a dashboard using MicroStrategy 8.1.2. Created facts, attributes, base formulas, transformations, custom groups and consolidations.• Performed analysis of BI infrastructure for areas of improvement and provided suggested road map.

Provided updates on progress, made suggestions on tasks and priorities both short term and long term.• Implemented infrastructure upgrade plan. Went from a single Production Intelligence Server to four servers (Production, Test (for testing major upgrades), QA for use by QA department and Development). Next step was to change servers from Windows 2003 Advanced Servers to Sun 64 bit servers running Linux. This eliminated the memory problems and improved performance. Plan for Q4 of 2009 was to upgrade all servers to MicroStrategy 9.0.1.• Implemented performance tuning on server settings which increased performance by 4 times.

Data mart now supplies activity reporting for over 1000 clients. • Growth Champion of Strategic Growth Team for Application Software Development department. This resulted in a 100% improvement in inter-departmental communications and the development of an enterprise-wide strategic technology plan.

• Designed, developed, implemented and supported the flagship web based product using MicroStrategy 7i and an Oracle 8.1.7.4 database. Product resulted in over $3,000,000 in revenue during the first year.• Acted as project manager on multiple projects. Duties included project planning, resource allocation, project management, requirements gathering (with internal and external customers), data architecting and design, custom ETL work, presentation layer design, development and implementation and providing weekly status to executive management.• Acted as technical liaison between NDCHealth and some of their major customers. Provided training and support to clients.
