Systems Engineer
Current▪ Responsible for driving and developing the system architecture across design, build, engineering and implementation of technical and capabilities, providing technical leadership, and long-range planning to align technology to business objectives ensuring the best fit within the larger ecosystem.▪ Responsible for developing, running, monitoring, and supporting the assigned Product or Service using the right toolsets required to deliver according to requirements.▪ Design, develop and deliver a technology service through automation and self-service capabilities for efficiency, availability, and usability. ▪ Design and educate in ways of working for other engineers encouraging good practices to meet consumer expectations on Service delivery. ▪ Maintain the provisioning, LCM and operation of environments in order to fulfil the service commitments. ▪ Ensure and review systems compliance towards legislations, policies, or other requirements in order to stay compliant.▪ Take the lead in change activities in different environments in order to secure functionality and availability, coaching other team members through the process. ▪ Drive and deliver tests, performance analysis, configuration management and creation of functional/feature specifications to improve the Product/Service delivery. ▪ Contribute with expertise to the various Product Teams in tasks that require optimization/modifications to the current design. ▪ Lead in promoting and advocating good engineering practices within an agile/iterative development approach in order to improve time to market. ▪ Onboard, coach and mentor engineers in order to secure transfer of competence and enable a high performing team. ▪ Proactively manage relevant organizational processes, to drive an intended outcome. ▪ Ensure that Services are built according to best practices by continually learning from and benchmarking against industry standards ▪ Hands on ITIL process
