Near term efforts resulted in better than 50% complete market saturation with over one million e-letter subscribers and company brand a “household” name within its Industry. Creation, execution, and management, of company e-letter consisting of industry information and digital marketing campaigns for company and clients – primarily direct response. Significant and foremost lead/business generator for multiple clients.Developed Concept Magazine for Industry. Created a hard copy trade magazine for national audience as a product extension to company e-letter. Using a process contrary to publishing strategies of the time. Generated subscription pre-sales and advertising support prior to launch which allowed first and all subsequent issues to produce at a profit. Responsible for editorial quality and subscriber growth while also guiding sales personnel in obtaining ongoing advertising support. Magazine growth exceeded 50,000 copies with over 80 pages (30 pages of advertising sold per issue) and flourished profitably at a time when the predominant trend was to de-scale or abandon print publishing all together.Early Adopter in Social Networking. Developed one of the first social media platforms for industry with a social network specifically for real estate professionals. Successful network launch secured over 34,000 true active members within its first six months of operations from grass root efforts.
