Responsible for promoting Lufthansa's Corporate Loyalty program: PartnerPlusBenefit. Managing New Business:• Handling the sales lead pipeline and replying to incoming call appointments, if applicable• Prioritizing sales leads from collated pre-qualified lists of potential call targets using own discretion on priority• Analyzing corporate databases to identify potential call targets• Log and documenting outcome of sales calls in provided templates and prepare for follow-up• Processing converted sales leads in the Lufthansa / Lufthansa Group CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and review/ close ongoing sales leadsManaging SME (Small/Medium Enterprise) segment:• Activating new corporate accounts and ensure engagement• Monitoring and analyzing account activity and customer behavior based on new business projection monitoring• Following up on open sales leads and inactive new corporate accounts in order to activate and engage the customer• Identifying and activating corporate potential by monthly scan of PPB customer data base and target customers with low or no activity• Providing regular input/exchange with Account Management team; preparing account handovers based on agreed revenue thresholds• Competition benchmarking with regards to corporate contract, loyalty and reward products• Dedicated patron ship for leisure/groups etcetera
