Responsibility: Support the development of the European (including Russia) on-site business in connection with the region business development teams, Product Line and GSS (engineering and construction department) in the activities of identifying new opportunities, plant selection, preparation of offers and final negotiation. Coordinate the European Small On Site program (N-plants, VPSA, PSA) and cover the position of Project Business Leader when needed.

Responsibility: Work with region business development teams during all aspects of the on-site business development & proposal generation process. Lead and coordinate required support efforts from engineering resources to maximize potential to win. Ensure that other corporate stakeholders are engaged in a timely manner throughout the proposal process (operations, safety, legal, finance, procurement, etc). Ensure that project risks have been properly considered and required stakeholders are on-board with the business proposal and project execution strategy. Once projects are authorized - act as the business manager for the project by working closely with the customer, project team, region business representatives, and other support groups to maximize the projects internal rate of return and minimize project risks. Actively support the engineering team to ensure that issues that may impact project execution performance are addressed in a timely manner with both internal stakeholders, as well as external sources (customers, contractors, suppliers, engineering resource providers, etc.).

Responsibility: Managing the proposal stage of the project (BUD, FEL1, FEL2) following the defined project management methodology from the first contacts with Customer until the project authorization (execution stage). Main deliverables during proposal generation: plant selection, plant process engineering (engineering design memorandum), cost estimate, schedule, risk and opportunity evaluation, project execution strategy (project plan), safety and quality plan, technical proposal including but not limited to block flow diagram, layout, one-line diagram. During the project execution - focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with sponsors, stakeholders, etc.

Responsibility: Formation, management and coordination of the project team. Overall Project Management and coordination from proposal generation and contract negotiation until the commissioning and start up. Accountable for Budgeting (cost estimate), Project risk and opportunity identification, Scheduling, Functional design, Basic and Detailed Engineering, Resource planning.Responsible for the installation, commissioning and startup of:- ultra high purity gas distribution systems (gas cabinets, mixers and VMB’s for inert, toxic and flammable gases);- chemical (acids, solvents, slurries) distribution systems (shuttle drum cabinets, chemical cabinets, day tanks, mixers, LPB, CVB);- bulk gas purifiers and filtration systems;- piping network for bulk gases, special gases and chemicals (Base Build or Fit Up / Hook Up);- cryogenic gas supply and Back Up systems (ASU, liquid storages, vaporizers, control systems); - gas analysis systems (CQC - continuous quality control system);- gas leak detection system;- fluid monitoring system (full Supervision);used in the semiconductors, photovoltaic, optical fiber and other nanotechnology manufacturing process.

Responsibility: Management of working process of the research and development department. (23 people in a subordinate). Development of new refrigerator models for Russian market.

Research and development of new refrigerator models (as well as upgrading of "not modern") for Russian market. Responsible for refrigeration (cryogenic) cycle calculation and development. Improvement of assembling, technical and technological problems. Improvement of existing and development of new electrical system. Micom - PLC operating, programming and selecting.
