Gedit provides insights for teachers based on student self-reported responses to content coverage and offers recommendations to improve social-emotional learning and pedagogical practices in the K-12 classroom. (incubated at the Harvard Innovation Labs via the Venture Program)

- Support the end-to-end program management of the Verizon Innovative Learning Schools (VILS) Initiative- Collaborate with Digital Promise staff, school leadership, school district stakeholders, and initiative partners to develop and execute strategic plans geared toward technology implementation in school districts.- Create reflective cycles that improve how schools leverage and integrate technology to increase student achievement and teacher efficacy.- Facilitate face-to-face or virtual coaching cycles and training aligned to VILS outcomes, individual school goals, and district initiatives.- Support and manage 21 school-based coaches in developing systems for technology integration across subject areas at their respective schools as well as establish methods to monitor and support teacher efficacy in leveraging technology in the classroom. - Serve as liaison with third-party partners to monitor and bolster adoption of and engagement with partnership services in multiple school districts across the U.S.

- Coordinate with, observe, and provide feedback to staff to ensure all programatic aspects are implemented with fidelity.- Develop and implement systems for online education.-Train teachers to teach, monitor and give feedback in virtual classrooms.-Prepare and train staff to transition to virtual work-scope completion and communication.

-Communicate vertically and laterally within both the school and network in order to solidify and disseminate best practices.-Create and facilitate events and initiatives geared toward strengthening student socio-emotional and academic gains (Average 85% proficiency rate on NYS Regent Exam)..-Keep team apprised of organizational strategic plan and how it impacts decisions made internally.-Create and facilitate training and professional development experiences for over 30 staff members.-Manage 3 staff members to ensure continuous growth within the organization (staff member performance improved an average 30%).-Participate in hiring process by sourcing, interview screening and interviewing candidates. -Turnkey professional development opportunities to train staff members in various organizational-wide practices.-Develop and provide feedback to Curriculum.-Coordinate with, observe, and provide feedback to staff to ensure all programatic aspects are implemented with fidelity.
