Information Technology Product Manager
Current𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔 -❖ Manages large Information Technology programs, which include Data Center setup, applications, infrastructure, systems, storage, networks, and security technologies from the design phase through development, testing, readiness, and stabilization phase.❖ Develops and maintains project and resource plans, maintain quality and focus, monitors and controls project expenditures.❖ Set and manage customer expectations specific to the manufacturing project engagements. ❖ Set clear expectations across project teams, cross-functional teams and stakeholders❖ Generate, explain, and present detailed schedules, objectives, reports, and other documentation accurately.❖ Manages multiple projects for high profile cross-functional leadership teams, inclusive of EMC, coremanufacturing units and external manufacturing sites❖ Day to day resource management of program team ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones on time on budget and within specification and or agreed upon program scope.❖ Organizes and delivers program related communications as determined during program governance formation. Responsible for ensuring all program stakeholders based on the level of interest and authority are well informed of program progress and decisions.❖ Work with sites to determine readiness, create project plans and plan appropriate implementation windows.❖ Responsible for all Manufacturing IT deliverables during installations/migrations at the sites.
