• Monitoring and reconciling all the GL and Payable accounts on daily basis and verifying all the entries.• Review Daily Accounts Opened, report and also Responsible for Current account & saving account sales.• Monthly filing of TDS & quarterly filling of TDS returns of FD & RD interests and passing entries in the books for the same. • Handling of bank cheques.• NEFT, RTGS and IMPS processing.• Making payment for customers, vendors and to all internal branches.• Handling bank investments like corporate deposits for different banks.• Accounts payable handling and posting entries.• Controlling & tracking of funds movement & application of funds towards loans.• Managing Branch operations and employees of the branch.• Checking of Loan processed by subordinate against Gold Jewellery, Mortgage loan, Loan against FD.• Managing, Monitoring and resolution of all complaints, investigations, and customer’s requests that originates through Phone Banking and branches.• Responsible for dealing with Bank’s Internal & External auditors & inspectors thereby complying with statutory norms.• To provide product Support to ensure that sales targets by branch and through direct sales teams are met.• Validating the RD and FD received every month against trial balance.• Providing training to new employees.• Maintaining day book and day to day process.• Handling of high-volume money counts manually and through machine. • Maintaining of cash register daily.• Handling daily customers by providing solutions to their queries.• Processing of RD, FD, Flexi deposit and cumulative deposit.• Processing and KYCs checking of New Account Opening.• Providing an update to Branch Manager and Handle requests which are in escalation and submission of updates on items in escalation.• Processing of loan files from Sanctioning to Disbursal.
