Customer Relationship Executive
Current• Order booking and production coordinator.• Customer report management on purchase & dispatch.• Data maintenance from order booking, Order processing, payment collection & dispatch clearance.• Sample extrusion section measurement with venire caliper against CAD drawings.• Tolerance study on drawings with given specification details.• Maintenance of customer data against their order placement and dispatch on production tolerance basis.• Allotment of die development charge against the width of the section within company norms.• Anodizing and powder • Directing customer on production status & guide them about factory norms.• Stock availability details maintenance on ERP, EXCEL.• Payment terms allocation according to the customer status& company norms & conditions.• Approving dispatch according to accepted payment conditions by customer.• Physical dimension quality check with samples.• Coordinate quality complaints between customer & quality department with quality registercoating of extrusion orders under special materials follow-up.• Coordination through email & phone calls in & around India. Direct visit to customer if required.• Weekly & Monthly production plan on requirements & unachieved production planning.• KPI analysis on monthly order, dispatch, payment collection & quality complaints.• Production coordination on different extrusion material finish-Mill finish, different types of anodizing based on Microns, various powder coating.• Quotes prepared: based on customer requirements & finish+company price norms+NALCO cost+packing +dispatch charges depend on distance(only Interstate)+Insurance+IGST.• Lead time planning & coordinating between factory & customer.• Priority given on basis of customer emergency request.
