Ensure continuous operations (24/7) of West Coast Technology Command Center by monitoring Gulfstream Enterprise systems and applications, by recognizing and stop problems that may occur in networks, storage, switchers, routers and secure all aircraft data.1. Day to day operations of BTC West Technology Command Center.2. Manage TCC Team of Monitoring Analyst, Incident Coordinators, and Tools Engineers.3.
