Project management of several projects including the relocation of our company facility. Installing and configuring all switches, access points, pbx equipment, and all other network equipment from one facility to another. Manage all internal software, including Microsoft O365. Including user management and giving training on all O365 software including Teams, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc. Asset management for devices distributed to users. Manage user trouble tickets, using ticket prioritization to analyze importance and assigning to employees. Provide great customer service to users. Utilize strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
