Product Specialist
Current• Taking over Incidents that cannot be solved immediately by 1st Level Support• Refining product issues and providing detailed analysis on any issues• Managing a knowledge base on the product suite• Conducting a variety of technical tasks including analysis, testing and documentation.• Administering engagements between the Product Team and its different IRESS Stakeholders (log tickets, arranging hand-overs).• Driving and assisting with designing product rollouts with operational teams.• Assisting in new product introduction and release activities• Driving knowledge transfer into Hosted Services, Service Desk and FM Implementation teams• Developing documentation for product release and training.• Competently conduct training and Q&A sessions• Addressing customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic
