Product Specialist
Current- Taking over Incidents that cannot be solved immediately by 1st Level Support
- Refining product issues and providing detailed analysis on any issues
- Managing a knowledge base on the product suite
- Conducting a variety of technical tasks including analysis, testing and documentation.
- Administering engagements between the Product Team and its different IRESS Stakeholders (log tickets, arranging hand-overs).
- Driving and assisting with designing product rollouts with operational teams.
