I've been working in IT for over 18 years, with 9 of those as an IT Manager, leading a multidisciplinary team with developers, support, and infrastructure at a large educational institution with over 1,500 employees. At this same company, I was also the DPO for 2 years, working on the LGPD compliance project, promoting a strong data protection culture, and conducting both internal and outsourced audits.
