Current• For the past year, I have been working as a Technical Recruiter for a major staffing firm, coordinating full-cycle recruitment for significant clients. My responsibilities have included filling high-priority positions at all levels of responsibility, as well as collaborating closely with C-level managers and key stakeholders to understand the culture and establish suitable talent profiles. • To identify suitable candidates, I have leveraged a broad range of sourcing channels, including social media, referrals, and networking, to develop strong pipelines of both active and passive talent. I have extensive recruitment experience with Developers of all aspects, data analysts, data sciences, Security Engineers, and product managers.• I am confident in my ability to proactively identify and engage the best talent for open positions. My strong understanding of the recruitment process, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities allow me to efficiently source, evaluate, and onboard the best candidates.• I am passionate about making a positive impact in the recruitment process and helping my clients reach their goals. I have also developed and maintained tools in Python & C# to meet the company's needs, including a web data scraper integrated with the company database.
