· Carry out SW project audit activities during SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Ensure User acceptance criteria’s are met, products are in line with targets( target: 0 bug in production)· Follow up devops tasks and bugs activities to ensure product quality. · To ensure that customer Functional Requirements are transferred to technical documents, test cases and product designs.· Follow up and Review project dashboards, Scorecards and status reports Track and Report status of Non compliances and implementation of related corrective and preventive actions. · Establishment of organization policies and procedures according to CMMI 2.0 ML5, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SOC1 and ISAE3402/SOC2 standards Monitor and report on quality-related key performance indicators to project tem and management· Creating corporate quality and process management training records, participating in customer satisfaction management activities · Analyzing existing systems to find areas for improvement and Evaluate new tools and strategies and make recommendations · Ensures on-time quarterly customer satisfaction data collection (internally) and quarterly customer Satisfaction Survey sent to Clients· Analyze customer survey data (prepares reports, graphs, presentations) and tracks actions taken to address customer issues till closure· Reviewing Project Status Reports · Leading project managers to improve the quality mindset to deliver the expected project quality.· Ensure projects risks and dependencies are well defined and effective mitigation plan has been applied.· Maintain QMS documentation repository and implement QDMS system.· Carry out product internal / external audit activities.· Track and Report status of Non compliances and follow up on Closure.
