I defined statistical models (e.g. estimated bugs per SLOC per phase, fix cost per phase, etc) that helped estimate better, and develop six-sigma level quality software in less time and with less cost, therefore ensuring customers’ higher value for money and satisfaction.• As Area Manager at IAM, I was in charge of defining a strategy and managing the development of the new HR Management System. The new system replaced the previous AS/400 system (running for 30+ years).
