Responsible for managing and developing all business in Brazil. Established the company and developed a business model for the Brazilian market. Organizational restructuring for a major insurance brokerage company in Portugal, supported by three international benchmarks (France, New York and Johannesburg). Designed communication tools for new internal procedures for a pharmaceutical company. Prepared and supported several workshops for upper management in large companies. Research and preparations of sales proposals.

Participated in both rebranding and 75th anniversary projects, liaising with communication agencies. Responsible for PR activities, internal communications and media monitoring. Assisted the director in preparing an annual budget for the marketing department.
