Reporting to the Information Systems Manager, I served as a Senior Business Analyst at Brisa, actively involved in portals used by sales teams, marketing teams, and dealers. By accurately directing the needs of nearly 200 sales personnel, over 600 dealers, and all marketing functions, I worked as a business analyst and project manager in project designs and deliveries with internal and external resources. I led CRM version update and Cloud transformation projects used at Brisa, gaining strong experience and success in application modernization. I re-designed the application architecture by examining all dealer and sales team applications at Brisa with a holistic perspective. In this context, I streamlined the applications used by dealer and field sales teams, simplified the complex application architecture at Brisa, and thereby reduced both application maintenance and hardware costs while increasing user satisfaction. I led a regulation project involving more than 20 SAP and NON-SAP applications and over 30 users to ensure that personal data held at Brisa is stored in compliance with regulations, in accordance with KVKK regulations.

Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, I took on the role of Team Leader. I led and coached a team of 4 software developers, including outsourced developers. I introduced the concept of outsourcing for software development and implemented best practices in complex business reports, data visualizations, software developments, and support functions. Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, I collaborated with the out source development team and eventually took over the entire software development process. I successfully developed and delivered three strategic applications within the Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) domain, which are still extensively used for energy trading, power plant optimization, market submissions, demand management, and pricing.I meticulously analyzed client business processes, identified areas for improvement in both existing and new applications, and implemented changes to the user interface and data structure. Mortgage Credit System Development: The programming languages used in applications include C#, ASP.NET, Java, JSF, JSP, Struts, JavaScript, and XML Web Services. Document management system developed with SharePoint Technology: Documents are automatically transferred to the system I designed with workflow using a scanner. Programming approval management workflow with SharePoint Technology: I programmed and integrated SharePoint workflows to optimize approval processes. My experience in developing software with layered architecture ensured the sustainability and scalability of applications. This process provided me with the experience of understanding the banking sector and gaining deep knowledge of banking software.

I supported meeting all IT needs of General Motors Turkey brands Opel, Chevy, Ford Otosan, and Jaguar dealerships (over 200 dealerships) from a single point. As a distributor, I provided installation, training, and remote maintenance services to deliver the same standard solution to all dealerships nationwide. I developed the E-Cars21 program, built on .NET and Java platforms, based on dealership-specific requests, ensuring the execution of processes tailored to each dealership.In addition to making improvements to the application, I played a role in loading the application across all dealerships as part of new dealership or application updates, and in providing user training for new dealerships or personnel. I ensured high service quality by quickly understanding issues and requests through remote support. I conducted on-site dealership visits to promote the use of the application and increase customer satisfaction.This experience taught me that being close to the customer plays an effective role in understanding requests and making accurate developments. In my first job experience, I made developments using Java and .NET technologies. The communication experience with dealerships in different cities and cultures provided me with the opportunity to improve my stakeholder management and communication skills.
