Engineering Manager
CurrentAs an Engineering Manager for FCD (Valve) division, I am reporting to General Manager and my main responsibilities are: Engineering team management: include annual budge evaluation, manpower management, products’ assignment allocation, training plan programming etc. New product transfer: during product localization, to evaluate testing/assembly capacity, work with other departments for trail run schedule, prepare all the necessary engineering documentation(BOMs/Drawings/Material Specification) for each new product, and discuss with each mother engineering site for any technical issue; Engineering process establish & maintenance, including ECO process, controlled drawing distribution/redraw, deviation evaluation etc.; Order review for any special requirement from Customer/Distributors, to prepare solutions for any none-standard or customize products, included special piping and MTK design; Cost analysis and work with local suppliers to reduce cost base on equivalent material process or process improvement; New products presentation to customer to support sales team/distributors. Other engineering task such as support Tax agent to apply High New Technology Enterprises, IP application, and Tax return for design Charge etc.
