Es arquitecto con una práctica académica, así como editor, productor, gestor cultural y diseñador de proyectos culturales, de comunicación y desarrollo institucional. En su experiencia profesional cruzan la crítica y la investigación como una parte fundamental para el entendimiento de la disciplina contemporánea. Graduado en la UNAM en 2016, realizó una estancia académica en la hoy Universidad de Lisboa en 2013. Es Maestro en historia y crítica por la Architectural Association de Londres; y Becario Marcelo Zambrano Cemex y de Fomento Fundación Jumex en 2020. En 2023 inició el programa de doctorado Contemporary Architecture en la Universidad Autónoma de Lisboa. Como académico, sus líneas de investigación siguen las temáticas de la arquitectura moderna del siglo XX en México, principalmente sobre la Ciudad Universitaria de la UNAM; el patrimonio cultural, arquitectónico e intangible; y recientemente, la organización y desarrollo del conocimiento disciplinar de la arquitectura. Actualmente co dirige BéaBéa, una oficina especializada en la comunicación, gestión cultural y producción, con diferentes ramos: las estrategias de comunicación y relaciones públicas para despachos y proyectos de arte y arquitectura, el desarrollo de proyectos culturales especiales y de comunicación institucional, la gestión y desarrollo de ideas y proyectos de diseño editorial, diseño gráfico, y visualizaciones para plataformas comerciales y privadas, así como la creación y fabricación de objetos en impresión 3D.Entre 2017 y 2022 desarrolló proyectos académicos de divulgación a través de distintas plataformas como la producción audiovisual, los medios impresos y las exposiciones en la Facultad de Arquitectura de la UNAM. Coordinó el laboratorio de Creación y medios estudiantiles de la FA UNAM, un espacio de trabajo multidisciplinario donde las y los estudiantes pueden desarrollar iniciativas colectivas e individuales de creación, investigación y divulgación. Fuera de la UNAM es productor ejecutivo de Mies.TV en México, un canal y show de televisión de arquitectura por internet con base en Austria y presencia en siete países. En México desarrolló para Mies.TV el show Mies.MX, así como el podcast De arquitectura y de nada.

This dynamic role involved overseeing a variety of projects that engaged students in multifaceted ways. My responsibilities were driven by my passions, which encompassed aspects of general production, editorial and curatorial practices, media, and institutional communication.The primary objectives of these initiatives were centered on nurturing students' abilities in communication, exhibition curation, archival processes, social media management, and artistic expression. One of the highlights of my involvement was serving as the editorial and curatorial coordinator for La Muestra FA 2021, which was the lab's flagship project.La Muestra FA 2021 was a comprehensive end-of-the-year public program designed to showcase the outstanding work of our students across various platforms. This event encompassed four distinct mediums: a printed and e-book publication, an art exhibition, a dedicated website, and an enlightening conference.In addition to my engagement with the Student's Creation Lab, I was concurrently involved in an intriguing research initiative. I co-coordinated the institutional program "70-15 Rehabitar CU: Patrimonio Vivo y Dinámico." This cultural endeavor was designed to commemorate significant anniversaries within the UNAM campus and celebrate its rich heritage in a vibrant and dynamic manner.These experiences have not only deepened my appreciation for the world of architecture but also reinforced my commitment to fostering innovation and creativity within educational and cultural contexts. I look forward to continuing to explore new avenues and contribute to the field of architecture and design in meaningful ways. -

My responsibilities entailed conceiving and executing projects with a profound impact on the university community.One of my significant undertakings was serving as the coordinator and editor-in-chief of the cultural project titled "10 años campus central CU." This public program commemorated the 10th anniversary of the UNAM campus being designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. I led the publication of "Campus Central CU: Lecturas de un Patrimonio Vivo," which garnered recognition at the XI Bienal Iberoamericana de Arquitectura y Urbanismo (BIAU).Furthermore, I took on the role of coordinating the art and graphic team for the cultural project "Metro Universidad de la Nación," a permanent graphic exhibition located at the Universidad subway station in Mexico City.In my capacity as an editor, I initiated the first end-of-the-year publication and managed the editorial program at the José Luis Benlliure Gallery on the UNAM campus. My logistical expertise was instrumental in organizing Gabriela Etchegaray's exhibition "Un Lugar: Murales del Territorio" in 2019. During the same year, I was a part of the curatorial team that presented the exhibition "A City for All" in China, as an integral component of the Beijing Design Week.Additionally, I played a key role in organizing conferences, lectures, and public programs.
