Reed College's Science Outreach program provides high quality, inquiry-based, hands-on science education to over 500 elementary students in the Portland metro every year. As coordinator of the program I developed, coordinated (and sometimes taught) the program's science lessons, including classroom activities and field trips, for 3rd-7th grade partner.

Helped to conduct field experiments & performed monitoring to investigate predation ecology of red-eyed treefrogs (Agalycnis calidryas). Conducted independent research on the effects of habitat structure on the behavior & predation success of giant water beetles.
