Developed Activities: - Lead and develop projects using quality tools, based on Lean Six Sigma methodology together with a team of product development and quality engineers focusing on continuous improvement of commodities, vehicles (Current & Forward models). - Support multinational teams focused on analysis of indicators for the development of product development strategies. - Analyze processes using tools focused on continuous improvement, such as MASP, Statistical Process Control (CEP), DMAIC, FMEA, PDCA, Experimental Design (DOE), Pareto Diagram, Cause-Effect Diagram, Histograms and 5W2H. - Conduct analysis and monitoring of the quality indicators of the company's current vehicles, and use benchmarking tools to apply in internal projects in order to improve customer satisfaction.
