SAPI is an e-commerce platform for premium frozen products, mainly pizza. I founded it with the idea of building something from scratch, based on my passion for pizza and the desire to offer a premium product. From day one, I dove into every detail: I developed the recipes and the brand image with a clear focus on having strong differentiators. That’s why I introduced the concept of including a dipping sauce for the crust and created the pizza with a chipa crust (a cheese bread, our signature product). I also managed social media and marketing, in addition to overseeing production during the first few months.As the project grew, I fine-tuned processes and automated as much as possible to optimize time, especially in stock control, cash flow, and logistics, which allowed me to focus more energy on growing the business. We went from $0 to over ARS 3,000,000 in monthly revenue in about 6 months, building a loyal base of over 200 customers. I realized that I wasn’t just creating a product, I was learning every day about how a business truly works.Additionally, I led the training of the production team, establishing clear processes to maximize efficiency while maintaining product quality. I developed a strong foundation in marketing and learned how to better connect with our customers, leveraging feedback and data analysis to make the right decisions for growth. Growth was slow but steady, and although there were challenges, each one taught me something new that changed the way I understand business. SAPI is much more than a business to me: it’s proof that with commitment, creativity, and adaptability, any idea can take shape and grow.

La Maratón Podcast was born as a space to share and reflect on entrepreneurship and personal development, two topics I’ve always been passionate about.
