• Open, scan and file new member checking and saving account application.• Respond to member inquiries, assists with new member accounts by answering questions and copying required documents, and investigates associated problems as well as answer and routes incoming phone calls from the general line.• Provide information to community members regarding credit union services such as savings and checking accounts, finance classes and different types of loans being offer.• Maintain general cleanliness and orderliness in the front lobby and manage office supplies and coordinate to order supplies.

• Notified students about different programs and courses offered during the semester.• Registered new and current student for classes, as well as filing registration receipt.• Answered phones and making calls notifying perspective or current student about new programs.• Updated attendance and grade on the school’s system and created and mailed out certificate to students whom completed courses.

• Conduct outreach for recruitment purposes at schools, PTA meetings and school events and communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and students.• Provide office administration support by handling student paperwork, filing, quality control phone calls to parents and other admin duties as needed. • Provide quality one-to-one home tutoring for approximately five students twice a week from grades K-4.• Assist students in preparation for state exams and prepare all tutoring materials and curriculum.
