As DRE for this commodity, I worked with 3 of the main electrification programs which are the STLA Frame, STLA Large and Maserati M182 vehicle programs. Such programs required a new solution of all wheel drive technology compatible with the new BEV and PHEV electrification architectures. For this position, I worked with several vehicle programs ranging from Light Duty Pick-Up trucks (Ram 1500), Medium Duty SUV's (Jeep Grand Wagoneer), to performance passenger cars (Dodge Challenger & Charger) and performance Pick-Up trucks (Ram TRX).I oversaw the product release process from the early stages of concept definition and benchmarking to the sourcing and implementation; working with internal stakeholders and suppliers to enable value optimization and continuous improvement. I owned the gate review process for the component and provided constant program status updates to the chief engineering team.I conducted design reviews (DRBFM/DRBTR) to support product development as well as coordinated testing (DV/PV) and implementation of technical infrastructure documentation by means of the creation and monitoring of design validation plans (DVP&R). I participated in investigating non quality issues, reducing impact through a process known as Global Issue Management and C/1000 tracking.
