Counseled Steel Technologies of Mexico on Mexican laws and NAFTA rules and increased the profit margin by 3% on a deal with Daimler Chrysler Mexico.

Assisted at the Non-Agricultural Market Access Negotiation among 153 countries, to reduce import tariffs on environmentally friendly products.Negotiated on behalf of Mexico, under the Dispute Settlement Mechanism, to protect the international rights of the tequila brand. Succeeded in requiring liquor producers to add at least 40% of Mexican Tequila.Collaborated with NAFTA partners to develop conditions for the Trade Cement Agreement to revoke the 300% importations duty on Mexican cement.

Coordinated the Multinational Experts Group, comprised of 35 country members, to cooperate and consolidate the evaluation report (MEM) including all the comments on Drug Abuse Control, by editing the text in three languages.
