As a strategic partner of the College of San Pedro Nolasco Santiago Chile, in 2010 we created the sports center of said institution, which today enables more than 5000 people a month to be physically active in it, both in school hours for students in the institution, and outside of the school hours for alumni, parents and others.To achieve this project, the institution was advised regarding both the economic and technical feasibility. On the economic side, the initial investment was structured through a debt obligation which is fulfilled with resource generation in non-school hours, causing no financial stress to the school. As for technical advice, the layouts of the new site are designed and companies that could build the project were selected and audited. Espacio Activo has the concession of the site, in order to generate the profitability of the project.

Papaya Housing Solutions was a social enterprise aimed at providing solutions such as furniture, kitchen facilities and homes for the most vulnerable families in Chile, who receive their social housing from the state. During that period, more than 30 projects covering social condominiums were executed, reaching more than 5,000 families between regions V, VI and RM.

In the area of Wealth Management I worked in: tracking the U.S equities market (equity, ETF's, ETN's), generating recommendations for investment ideas, presenting recommendations to clients and asset managers, managing over USD 30MM in client’s portfolios.

Attracting clients intending to invest, building them recommended investment portfolio by level of risk and investing time horizon. Relationships with clients, portfolio performance monitoring portfolio, generating recommendations as required by market fluctuations.
