Security Analyst
CurrentResponsible for the Security Department reporting to the CISO / Head of security of Spain and Portugal:Coordinating the formulation and execution of the Annual Operational Plan and the budget.Ensuring the collaboration of the security services with those of the corresponding units of the security forces and bodies (National Police, Civil Guard, Autonomous Police and Local Police), ensuring compliance with the mandatory security regulations.Application and compliance with the group's policies on physical security.Member of the Bank's Security Committee.Advise the business units on security matters, proposing the most appropriate security systems in each case and supervising their use, operation and maintenance.Performing security plans and their particularization for each building, office or displaced ATM (including its risk analysis, map of access areas and security measures) Updating them at least once a year or when exceptionally requested by the internal user and evaluating the results of the execution of the same presenting periodic reports;Performing security projects for each new establishment.Drafting security procedures for employees and security personnelDevelop training and informative actions on safety for employees.Attention and analysis of security incidents;Internal audits of the operation of safety equipment and compliance with internal safety standards by personnel (Separate Test of Separate Elements, Physical Security Testing: Inspection and responding to audits carried out by the second and third line of defense regarding physical security.Design, control and supervision of the security of all the events that ING carries out, such as the bank's own events in spaces hired for that.
