IT and Facilities Support acting as the interface between IT Helpdesk, Group Facilities and Compliance Manager and Senior Leadership Team to support with the management of internal issues within Letchworth and Biggleswade sites. Along with support during setup of ad-hoc projects, new buildings or business growth as and when required.

Overall responsibly for the day to day running of the All ICT related matters within the company, including but not limited to; IT Operations, CCTV, Phone Systems, Stock Control and Management of Stock Control Systems, Digital Signage, Network infrastructure including the support of remote workers and Satellite offices. I achieve this through the procurement and management of external suppliers as well as internal staff where applicable. I implement new policies and procedures concerning the use of IT equipment and business systems, ensuring viability before introduction into working practices of company employees. I am responsible for sourcing, maintaining and budget managing external products and services. I work for a Technical Event Production Company and am regularly called upon to provide innovative IT solutions to new challenges for temporary events, working with internal clients as well as external clients to realise client’s visions.

Responsible for Technical output of Stagestruck, day to day running of the technical department. Line management of Technicians. Providing Technical Solutions and sourcing through third party suppliers where necessary. Sourcing technical equipment within agreed budgets. Budgetary control over the technical workshop. Support / guidance and where needed work on new infrastructure business projects.
