- Make critical financial decisions, manage all financial documents and procedures and maintain a healthy cashflow. - liaise with stakeholders such as external auditors, tax agents and shareholders.

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

- Field in charge of the respective engagement. Responsibilities include the planning of the audit, determining the audit strategy and scope, overseeing major sections of the Company, including leading and providing coaching to team of auditors. - Evaluating financial statement under the basis of preparation by the audit clients in compliance to the accounting standards. - Identifying areas of potential internal control deficiency to ensure the compliance to the company’s ISO, effective operational system. - Detecting material misstatement and potential fraud risk area and making practical recommendation to client. - Drafting audit reports in compliance with the IAS requirements.
