Michael T. Hamilton is a lifelong learner and entrepreneur blessed to serve each day at the intersection of language, liberty, and Christianity. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College, Michael taught IB English at Mystic Valley Regional Charter School just north of Boston, Massachusetts. Michael then served as the English department chair and taught AP U.S. Government & Politics at Dayton Christian High School in Ohio.In 2013, Michael launched Good Comma Editing, which supplies research, writing, and editing to improve operations and protect the professional face of admirable businesses and nonprofits. Along the way Michael has cultivated a network of writers, editors, educators, and subject matter experts who share Good Comma’s core values of clarity, purity, stewardship, creative destruction, and relentless service.Preferring subjects such as constitutionally limited government, free markets, and biblical Christianity, Michael has published in The Wall Street Journal, National Review, World Magazine, The Federalist, Townhall.com, PJ Media, and many other online and print publications. He has also given legislative testimony in two states.In 2018, his team launched a sister company called Good Comma Classroom to provide “creative learning for innovative environments,” including one-on-one virtual writing coaching, video-series writing coaching, and educational travel to Boston, Charleston, DC, Gettysburg, and Flight 93 National Memorial (in the US), as well as to London and Edinburgh (in the UK).Michael serves as acting chair of the Miami Valley Women’s Center, and he is a founding board member and the secretary of the Forge Leadership Network. Forge trains, mentors, and connects future leaders who are considering public service of any kind.In March 2021, Michael was accepted into the Club for Growth Foundation Fellowship, a society that invests in leaders by refreshing and equipping them in the foundations of free-market economics, limited government, and societal prosperity led by free individuals.In April 2021, Michael joined the executive team of ThoughtWorld as Chief Curator.
