Responsible for overseeing audit, review, and compilation engagements, providing clients practical accounting advice and input on business issues, supervision of audit staff, detail workpaper review, preparation and review of financial statements, and presentations to board of directors. In addition, I have experience in buy-side due diligence procedures, overseeing internal control and accounting business cycle process improvement assessments, IRS and DOL employee benefit plan consulting, and advice on financial reporting. I participate in the firm’s quality control function, where I serve on the firm’s technical committee for reviews and compilations, act as an engagement quality reviewer and technical resource for the DC office, serve as an inspector on the firm’s internal inspection team, and provide technical training on accounting and auditing considerations.
