As the Learning & Development Consultant at Regis I worked cross functionally across both our Corporate and Franchise Organizations on all programs and projects as it related to Learning and Development. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:• I managed and acted as the Administrator for the Enterprise Wide (Franchise and Corporate) LMS. • I also managed and delivered numerous impactful organizational programs including Franchise Orientation, Diversity & Inclusion Training, and Lunch and Learns. • Also included in my responsibilities were Learning Ticket Resolution as well as creating and continuously improving processes of the Learning & Development Department.

As the National Learning & Development Specialist at Cardinal Glass I managed the implementation, maintenance/operation of the LMS to Cardinal's 40 + plants. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:• Led the project team tasked to managed the national and regional training implementation plans, as well communication and change management to those resources needed to execute LMS implementation, system design, and LMS maintenance/operation plans. • I Identified ways to evaluate the LMS's effectiveness through team’s feedback resulting in continuous improvement of the LMS post implementation.

As the National Training Consultant at Buffalo Wild Wings I managed the delivery and implementation of training to various field leadership levels in both classroom and virtual environments for the North American Field Training Team. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:* Aided in the creation and implementation of new national management training program as well as the instructor/manager of the Capstone course in the new program* Led the team tasked to manage all national and regional training implementation plans, as well as the resources needed to execute those plans* Identified ways to evaluate the trainings effectiveness through participant feedback resulting in continuous improvement of the enterprise learning programs and initiatives

Led the analysis, design, development, and train the trainer sessions of different types of training materials for clients in the health care industry. Managed different projects and proposals simultaneously with short and long-term milestones and deadlines. Responsibilities/Accomplishments:* Served as subject matter expert to establish new processes, as well as continually improve existing approaches regarding the intake, and design of training requests.

Collaborated with subject matter experts to design, develop, facilitate and deliver training and development programs utilizing adult learning methodologies that build consistent processes, create empowered call center agents and improve the overall customer experience. Oversaw the full cycle recruitment efforts at four different major universities which included: University of Minnesota, University of Minnesota-Duluth, South Dakota State University, and North Dakota State University.
