In conjunction with International Management Services, Inc, I am consulting with various organizations to develop winning proposals for requirements around the world. I often stay on with winning bids to manage project start ups. My main emphasis has been Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, and the Middle East. Since 2010 I have added the Philippines as a country of interest. I work in conflict and post-conflict zones. My experience is broad, having worked in agriculture, mobile money (eCommerce), medical and general logistics, youth development, sports, women issues, vocational training, anti-drug, call centers, public affairs, and security.

I do extensive bid development work for ARG. I am also their Director of Operations where I have managed several contracts to include property management, auto leasing, and labor recruitment. I was also designated the Director of Operations for ARG's sister organization, Afghan Resources Group Security where I managed a multimillion dollar security operation with 750 armed local nationals, TCNs, and expats. ARG has offices in Afghanistan and McLean Virginia USA.

World Health Vision is a consulting firm with a focus on writing proposals for U.S. government funds. Expertise in governemnt review process, contracting, management, base support, logistics, medical services and equipment. Past proposals for Djibouti, Iraq and Afghanistan, but can be applied to RFP anywhere in the world. Available for travel and on-site consulting. Conduct program design, implementation, and management oversight.Primary focus on the greater Middle East area to include conflict areas of Afghanistan, Iraq, Palestine, and Lebanon.

Goodno Auto Painting is a Maaco operating in Frederick Maryland. Corporate shareholders include David Goodno and Tom Moran. The Maaco franchise has national commercial accounts with the US Postal Service, Enterprise, UPS and many more fleet operators. Maaco repairs collision damage and paints vehicles at a low price.

Local Governance and Community Development project is a USAID funded project in Afghanistan managed by DAI. Its purpose is to strengthen ties of communities to their government. The approach is to establish trust in insecure areas, then to support providing for the needs of the local populace.

Part of the proposal writing teams for infrastructure in Afghanistan; and base operations in Djibouti and Iraq.

The Afghan Center primarily focuses on women's training in Kabul and the provinces of Wardak, Ghazni and Logar. Training includes literacy, home health and sanitation, income generation and woman's rights. They also have a successful girl's leadership program that I started. I wrote the project proposals and then implemented them. I continue to write proposals for the Afghan Center.
