- Write test cases from product design specifications, requirements, use cases, and scenarios as well as from other less formal methods: meetings, prototype observation, etc. - Create, update and maintain test plans, test cases and any associated test data.- Execute test cases, report/log test case results, as well as reproduce and report associated defects through Jira.- Install & configure the products and prerequisite components as required for each testing scenario.- Verify that product & content customizations are correct prior to deployment to production.- Work with other departments such as Product Management, Software Development, Technical Services to assist with troubleshooting, issue research, requirements clarification, & root cause analysis.

- Participate in on-going assessment and upgrading of systems in a Windows XP and Windows 7. Install and configure operating systems, or workstation hardware, patches and imaging software applications.- Long term testing of created computer images in production environment before implementing them for production use.

- Monitor service desk tickets for data consistency.- Report program metrics to management.- Participant in and monitor corrective action and process improvement process.- Conduct quality assurance audits.- Analyze customer feedback data.- Implement process improvement to remedy customer satisfaction issues.
