Fund Manager for more than £3 billion of discretionary equity across the Aviva Life With Profits Funds and the AIPL Property Fund. Previously managed the AI UK Property Fund and Aviva Insurance real estate mandate. Responsible for the development and execution of investment strategy, deal origination and transaction management, delivery of value enhancement through asset and development management, and investor relations. Led the development of Aviva Investors' award-winning new Long Term Assets Fund (LTAF) for global institutional investors and chaired the ESG programme delivery group. Board Director for a number of joint venture partnerships.
