Several projects aimed at achieving integration following a merger of Flemish distribution system operators.Project (6 months) in which several ongoing sub-projects led, through an action plan, to a common understanding and action plan to optimize Asset Management.Project leader (1,5 year) of an integration of assets of a distribution area in an existing Asset Register, where the delivery time was the key success factor, complemented throughout the project progress with data enrichment. To achieve this, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) was used as a key success factor. Tracklead (2 years) of a number of projects where on the one hand data was migrated to an existing business environment (starting from different data models), on the other hand the process flow for end customers to request new connections for different utilities was optimized in a new business environment, including a renewed tool to have natural gas connections approved by external companies. A third project focused on a work distribution tool to technical teams. Project leader (7 months) of an optimization project focusing on Sewerage.
