Responsible for 100% of all various company expenses (maintenance, upgrades, and peripherals). Oversee all facilities functions. Responsible for all Account Receivables including billing, invoice audits, reconciling checks, banking, and collections. Responsible for foreign currency exchange transactions. Responsible for all financial statements and business taxes completion and audits. Manage contracts for all vendors and clients.  Oversee Human Resources, benefits, and payroll. Oversee and maintain all company budgets for various departments; office, marketing, IT, R&D. Maintaining all the companies records within Tally (Invoicing, Purchasing, etc.). Negotiate pricing with various vendors. Work as the intermediary between distributors and customers regarding service rendered.
